The story of Censor is a about a film producer whose film has number of scenes censored and also given an `A` certificate instead of `U`. Later, he requests the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting to allow the censored scenes to be shown, but the minister adds more cuts to the film. Things take a turn when his movie wins an award in America.
