About the movie
Ek Saal is a story of a rich girl who lives in Mumbai with her father. She meets a man in a party who tries to flirt with her. Coincidentally she meets him several times and both fall in love with each. Later, she discovers that her lover works for her father. The film takes a turn when she come to know that she is suffering from an incurable disease.
