Cinema reserves the right to cancel or modify showtimes without prior notice due to low occupancy, technical issues, or other operational reasons.
1.Pre-booked Food & Beverages have to be collected before the Show by the patron from the F&B counter by showing the Booking ID.
2.As per the State Government Guidelines, In order to enter the cinema, It is mandatory to have Covid 19 Vaccine (One dose at least), for patrons above 18 years old.
3.For safety purposes, wearing a mask is mandatory.
4.Vehicle parking for customers is subject to availability.
5.Tickets are compulsory for children of 3 years & above.
6.Tickets once purchased will not be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
7.Movie will only be screened with a minimum audience of 10 pax for Screen-1.

9.In case the ticket is lost or misplaced, a duplicate ticket will not be issued.
10.Outside food & beverages will not be allowed inside the cinema premises.
11.Patrons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed inside the Cinema Premises and the tickets will not be refunded.
12.Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the cinema premises. Cigarettes/lighters/matchsticks/Gutkha/etc. will not be allowed.
