Tathastu film is based on the film “John Q”. The story revolves around the couple who were happy to see their son growing up. The story takes a turn when their son faints while playing cricket and needs a heart transplant, but the couple did not have enough money for the operation. The story moves on when the father takes the law in his hand and indulges in a mess.
