Billy O` Brien is a Hollywood writer and director. He made his directorial debut with a short movie titled An Incident at Bob's Barber Shop. His first mainstream and commercial movie was the 2005 horror movie Isolation, starring Sean Harris and Essie Davis. In 2017 he went on to direct the movie I Am Not a Serial Killer, which received mixed reviews.
