K.V Reddy, also known as Kadiri Venkata Reddy was an Indian director, producer and writer in Telugu cinema. He started his career as a cashier forVauhini Studios. His debut movie as a director was “Bhaktha Potana”. He won Filmfare Award in Best director category for the movie “Sri Krishna Satya” in the year 1972. His famous movies in Telugu are Pedda Manushulu, Pellinati Pramanalu, Mayabazar, etc. He died on September 15, 1972 at the age of 60 years in Chennai.
