M.M.A Chinnappa Devar, born on June 28, 1915 was an Indian director, producer and dialogue writer in early Tamil film industry. His full name was Marudur Marudachalamurthy Ayyavoo Chinnappa Devar, but he was famous by the name "Sandow" M.M.A.Chinnappa Devar. He worked as a director for the movie Daivathirumagal and Neer Vazhi. He produced movies under the banner of Devar Films like Vettaikaran, Thiruvarul etc.He worked as dialogue writer for a movieThiruvarul in the 1975.
