Ferdous Ahmed is a Bangladeshi actor who works predominantly in dhallywood (Bangladeshi film industry) and tollywood (Indian Bengali film industry). A four-time winner of the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Actor, he started out as a television actor and made his feature film debut in the 1998 romantic drama Hothat Brishti. Some of Ferdous` best known works include Gangajatra (2009), Kusum Kusum Prem (2011) and Ek Cup Cha (2014), all three of which earned him the National Film Awards. Other significant acting credits include Jaago - Dare to Dream (2010), Guerrilla (2011), Hothat Sedin (2012) and the 2017 Bengali adventure thriller film Yeti Obhijaan.
