Nikhil Sachan is a celebrated author and screenwriter known for his bestselling books UP65, PapaMan, Namak Swadanusar, and Zindagi AaisPais. He has written for acclaimed shows and films like Yeh Meri Family, UP65, Home Shanti, Bajao, and Sumo Didi, and contributed songs for Panchayat and the additional screenplay for Gullak. An alumnus of IIT and IIM, he left his role as Vice President at Kotak to follow his passion for storytelling.

Nikhil has received multiple Filmfare OTT nominations, and his film Sumo Didi was showcased at the Tokyo, New York, and Palm Springs Film Festivals. His book Namak Swadanusar won BBCs Best Hindi Book of 2013, while UP65 earned him FICCIs Emerging Author of the Year and Amazons Highest Selling Hindi Book of 2017. The film rights for UP65 and PapaMan have been acquired by leading Bollywood producers.
