After having graduated from the Barcelona Film School, Oscar Fauna made his debut as a cinematographer that very year in 1999 with the Spanish movie Endora. Post his debut, he was a part of several projects as a second assistant to the DOP and primarily worked on a number of short films. However, it was his work in the 2007 Spanish horror movie The Orphanage that won him recognition. His other notable projects include Julia's Eyes, The Impossible, Mindscape, The Imitation Game, A Monster Calls and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
