Sumit Bharadwaaj is an Indian actor, theatre artist, and filmmaker, and a graduate in Screen Acting from TFTI (2024). He directed the short film A Day Unspoken and continues to perform his solo act Parchhaiyaan, based on a nazm by Sahir Ludhianvi. He has appeared in the feature film Safarnama, the short film Aitraaf, and several micro-drama series. With over seven years of theatre experience, he has performed extensively with renowned groups such as Pierrot's Troupe and Ashmita Theatre in productions including Ghalib in New Delhi, Shatranj Ke Khiladi, and Amritsar Agaya. He has also worked as an Associate Director on Shri Krishna: Ek Sanskritik Anubhuti, Panchtatva Mein Jeevan, and Sir Syed Ahmed Khan. Through cinema and performance, he aims to tell honest, human stories that connect with audiences.
