About The Event
The plant stands still, the tree too. On the surface, we see silent beings, often solitary. Come a little closer. There are sounds. Come even closer. There are entire worlds. The play explores the two and magnifies the micro environments they house through movement, visuals and sound. For ages 2 to 3.5, the play runs for 25 minutes followed by an interaction with the performers. The play is largely non verbal, with sporadic use of small words.
Creating experiences for children in whose life speech has not yet arrived is why we make theatre for toddlers. 0-5 are the years of max growth of a child`s brain & at 2 years their absorption of sensory actions is phenomenal. Every action around them is an event that is recorded for posterity.
