About The Event
Have you ever been to a funeral? Of course, you have. But have you ever been to a muslim funeral?
Neither has Amit. But when he is invited to the funeral of his estranged friend Amir - he knows he must go. At the funeral he finds that Amir has died under mysterious circumstances. Amit's interactions with the family awkwardly reveal his inherent biases. The result is a snowballing comedy of errors leading to a seemingly sinister end.
A macabre muslim comedy about heartbreak, loss and community - all in all A Study of Fear.
