ADHE ADHURE
Adhe Adhure (1969), is a portrayal of a fragmented urban family caught in emotional chaos and disillusionment. Set in a typical middle-class household, it explores the restlessness and dissatisfaction of its characters especially the female protagonist Savitri as they navigate unfulfilled roles and relationships. The play`s stark realism and psychological complexity make it resonate even today.
