About The Event
Bolat means a person who promotes in old Marathi Sangeet Natak. He also does odd jobs like pressing clothes, cleaning green rooms, helping the main actors to wear their costumes & also sometimes he performs small roles in the play. It's the story of Baburao ( bolat ) whose son and daughter are thrown away from Baburao from their house as he is not earning anything. He has a huge collection of 3500 books including old to new modern plays and that is the only asset he has. The play is all about what happens to him the day he is thrown out of his house by his own Son.
