About The Event
Compunction is a psychological thriller, which explores the human psyche of guilt or lack of it. The play focuses on a few forgotten cases of grisly murders which Deepa Thomas, a renowned psychologist, stumbles upon as she tries to treat one of her patients, Omar. The web of mystery deepens, as more and more disturbing information is uncovered. On her personal front, Deepa struggles with her failed marriage and her relationship with her daughter, Trisha. On her professional front, she is running against time to solve the cases as she puts the life of her near ones in danger. It sets the stage for a twisty, enthralling and a dark thriller where the truth revealed is shadowy and secrets, that are devastating.
