To balance his non-stop lies, one day he tells his office manager that his wife, Kusuma Devi in hospital and he wants long leave. The manager gives leave and visits his house to see Kusuma Devi & finds crazy Balaji's own wife at home. Again, crazy Balaji is forced to tell another lie to adjust with his manager. This is not my wife... My sister..When his manager wants to see Kushmaa Devi, crazy Balaji asks his best male friend, Seenu, to dress up as a lady and become the character of Kushmaa Devi.
