“Ghatnaayein” is a play tha unfolds the story of a playwright eager to exorcise the guilt lingering in his life through the characters he creates. The Protagonist endeavours to transform his non-fictional world into a realm of fiction, where he can find solace and redemption. However, a pivotal turn in the narrative introduces a twist where the characters he pens come to life, asserting their independence and denying the author’s control.
As the Playwright grapples with the unexpected development, his own creations rebel against being mere pawns in hi storytelling. The characters, representing facts of their own experiences and guilt, demand autonomy and the freedom to express their voices.
