Ek Film Katha is a parody of the highly predictable and formulaic nature of commercial Bollywood cinema, especially of the 1970s and 80s.
Kothari brings noted satirist Parsai’s words to life with high-energy acting, voice modulation and expressions, mocking the melodrama of classic Indian cinema while celebrating the cadence and music of the Hindi language.
