I DON’T WANT TO ‘CAPITALISM’ TODAY
The piece is a work in progress , dance theatre production that aims to bring to light the horrors of hyper consumerism - both for our own mental health as well as the health of the planet we live on. Dancers explore deep inner issues of self worth and how that is connected to objects we consume and what is a peaceful way out of this web of consumption.
Directed by Sahiba Singh, performed by Yashu, Yash Chauhan and Sahiba Singh, this piece will make you question the choices we make when it comes to buying and how we can choose differently, more in alignment to our own values.
