I, Josef is an immersive multimedia experience that invites the audience to slip into the shoes of Franz Kafka’s most well-known character who gets unexpectedly arrested and put on trial, for an unspecified crime.
This adaptation of Kafka’s Der Prozess (English: The Trial) is re-imagined through a unique first-person perspective narrative that immerses the listener into K’s world through binaural audio, which offers a three-dimensional immersive sound experience. Audiences are invited to enter a dark room and put on their headphones, as they step inside the world of Josef K and the many mysteries that await him.
Presented by Kaivalya Plays in collaboration with the Goethe Institut / Max Mueller Bhavan New Delhi under #100YearsKafka, celebrating the rich legacy of Franz Kafka and his work a hundred years after his death.
