About The Event
A contemporary play where Preetam and Ruchi stays in Mumbai. Both have fat salaried jobs and are living a happy solo life. They get introduced at a common friend’s party. They click immediately and soon become soul mates. However, they want to stay happily unmarried because they think that marriage leads to constant fights. “Only idiots marry”, they keep saying. They start sharing an apartment as a ‘live-in’ couple and start enjoying a wonderful life together. However, funny banters slowly tiptoe in their relation. They struggle not to become ‘idiots’ but... In this battle of love and hate, it is love that prevails.
