Crazy Balaji has a habit of telling lies for all sorts of reasons to get leave from office. To back up his non-stop lies, one day he tells his office manager that his wife, Kusuma Devi, is in the hospital and requests a long leave. The manager grants the leave and decides to visit his house to see Kusuma Devi, only to find Crazy Balaji's own wife at home instead. Cornered, Crazy Balaji is forced into yet another lie, claiming she isn't his wife but his sister. When the manager insists on seeing Kusuma Devi, Crazy Balaji convinces his best friend Seenu to dress up as a woman and play the character of Kusuma Devi.
