Awishkar Presents Mumbaiche Kawale.
It is a satire on present day situation though written 40 years back by Prof. Shafaat Khan. In a village away from Mumbai, there was a heavy rain and whirlwind, the village was completely washed away including animals and birds. Two volunteers from two different dogmas arrive in the village to help. The villagers want them to bring crows (Kawale) to perform the rituals of their dead relatives, what
happens then? Whether they get crows (Kawale)?
