About The Event
After losing their home and livelihood to a natural disaster in a small village, a family moves to Mumbai in search of a new beginning. Their two gifted daughters, both singers with very different dreams, struggle to find their place in the unfamiliar city. As music begins to open new doors, the family is forced to confront questions of identity, belonging, ambition, and change. The play is a journey of survival, displacement, and finding one’s own voice in a new world.
