About The Event
Mahesh Sane is a resident of Pune's Sadashiv Peth, a simple, honest man who has recently been honoured with the Adarsh Teacher Award. Impressed by this ideal man, an MLA from Kolhapur brings his mischievous, easily-distracted son Shyam, who has failed his 10th standard exams multiple times, and requests special tuition for him. Guruji's own daughter, Vidya, also insists that her father take on the boy as a student, and so the tuition begins.
But things take an unexpected turn: instead of Shyam learning from his ideal teacher, the roles reverse, and Mahesh Sane's disciplined habits start giving way to Shyam's carefree ones, leading to chaos as the "ideal" teacher's journey is turned upside down.
