About The Event
This historically renowned play, through adaptation, is based on the timeless work “Kurukshetra” by Kuvempu (Kuppalli Venkatappa Puttappa).
It presents the story of Kurukshetra from a unique and imaginative perspective, introducing it to the audience in a new way. The play begins like a story narrated by a mother, gathering children around her.
What initially appears to be a sacred mythological tale gradually transforms into a powerful drama that reflects war, loss, and the deep inner conflicts of the human conscience.
