This edition of Spotlight will showcase two Tamil Plays by new aspiring play directors.

Why so serious?
A group of broke friends are stuck with a critical problem of not being able to pay a month’s rent to their owner. Mohan who is a drunkard, Gemini who is in search of becoming a famous actor, Kicha the innocent amongst the group and Sathiya is the leader of the group tries to get the manager to skip that month `s rent. However, one of them makes his girlfriend pregnant and brings her home while her father was raging with anger and is in search of her and things go south. Find out how things unravel while things are continuously falling out of place.
