These stories were rich in imagery and subtly brought out the hows and whys of many rituals, the significance of flowers, plants and animals in our everyday life, the magic of boons and curses and the antics of asuras and devas. Aparna Jaishankar is a Storyteller with a penchant for Indic Literature and Mythology. She has explored the rich imagery and multiple versions of each of these stories through research and collaboration with multiple artists from diverse walks of life, all with a contemporary lens. She has shared her work at multiple prestigious festivals and performance spaces. Her passion lies in sharing Indic Mythology for all generations.
