About The Event
The Stories of Separation is a drama series, based on the works of popular Hindi author Nirmal Verma. These plays are adapted from stories of Nirmal Verma - Dhoop Ka Ek Tukda and Dedh Inch Upar. The characters narrate the stories of their lives, and how for them the separation was something that changed their lives forever.
Dhoop Ka Ek Tukda is a story about a woman in a park. A very simple person that we meet every day. But, she has a story to tell. She talks about her life and her perspective, questioning and wondering over simple things that we easily overlook.
