The Drum Roll - Tales of Love and Friendship with a twist!
The Drum Roll is a play in and about moments. It is a compilation of 6 short stories put together where the characters experience the moment of The Drum Roll not physically or aurally around them but within them, in their hearts, their bodies and their minds when they are all alive and present. The Drum Roll moment that one would experience just before something nice, grand, positive or twisted is about to happen.

The Ritual
Two best friends, like always, meet on a dinner date to discuss their marriage and their views on marriage and how their life is not the same as what it was or may be it is. It is just what they do. They meet every month and they smile, cry, praise & crib and complain about their partners.
The Pendulum
John is tired of his dull and monotonous life and wishes for a change and he gets it. Adapted from O'Henry's Short Story The Pendulum, this story is his reaction to the change in his routine when his wife Katy leaves john alone for a while all by himself.
The After Party
Two best friends discuss about the party they had a night before. They try and remember as much as they can. It is a little difficult do the same, considering the fact they were all drunk and sloshed.
P.s -A lot of truth comes out when you are drunk.
The Ola Share
Fed up of seeing Guys and Girls for Marriage as a part of ek baar mil toh lo beta phrase, pisses Monia and Vinit so much that they decide on doing it one last time and invest as less as they can in terms of their time, their efforts, their money and just be themselves.
The Drama
A theatre production company rehearses for its last show of Romeo and Juliet in Mumbai. It is their 25th show in a day and they decide to revisit their script, tweak the play to make it their own and discover things that they already didnt.
The Gift of the Magi
Adapted from one of the O'Henry classics The gift of the Magi is about how much one could give in and sacrifice to buy someone you really love a nice gift. Jim and Della are both determined to buy each other the best Christmas gift, if and only if they had enough money to do so.
This theater performance is going to be a wonderful experience.
