Akvarious Productions returns to Ranga Shankara with its fourth edition of the Microfest. Come be a part of our celebration of 25 years of theatre over 19 - 21 September.
THE F WORD
Chetan, a high school teacher, is forced to meet up with his estranged sister Unnati, a psychologist, when their parents` caretaker gives them disturbing news. They take their father out to lunch to his favourite restaurant, hoping to get a clearer picture of the situation. It has been years since they`ve had a serious conversation, so a hilarious attempt follows, which opens up a can of worms, and all the family secrets that have been brushed under that carpet rear their ugly head. As their father confronts the indignities of age, and Chetan and Unnati grapple with their own losses and disappointments, the play takes a darkly comic but poignant look at the relationships we take for granted, and how we often hurt the people we love the most.
