• Missing the train means missing the event; no refund will be provided.
• Participants are requested to board the same train from their respective stations.
• Our camp leader will meet the group near the ticket counter at Kasara Station.
• Late arrivals will be considered as a no-show.
• In case of rain, accommodation will be shifted to a homestay.
