Tour Plan

Day 1


8:00 PM – Depart from Pune

11:00 PM – Reach the base village

11:30 PM – Walk to the fireflies trail

12:30 AM – Enjoy camping and fun games

Day 2


8:30 AM – Leave for Bhimashankar Temple

11:00 AM – Reach the temple, seek blessings of Lord Shiva and witness the ancient architecture

Start the trek and enjoy the beautiful valley views around you

3:00 PM – Lunch

6:00 PM – Start the return journey to Pune

8:30 PM – Reach Pune with beautiful memories (±1 hour)

Please Note

We will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the pickup point. If you do not arrive on time, the vehicle will depart and no refund will be provided.

Any form of addiction is strictly prohibited, including drinking, smoking, and chewing tobacco. Anyone found doing so will be removed from the trek without a refund and must arrange their own return travel.

People caught smoking or consuming alcohol will be asked to leave the event immediately.

Swimming is not allowed in lakes or water tanks on forts, as locals use this water for drinking.

Please do not carry or wear valuables, ornaments, or jewellery. We do not take responsibility for any loss.

Rock climbing, rappelling, trekking, and other adventure activities involve inherent risks. Participation is entirely at your own risk. Organisers are not responsible for accidents or compensation of any kind.

Bus seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a seat is occupied at the beginning of the trip, it will remain allocated until the trip ends. No seat changes will be entertained. Volunteers will not be involved in seat allocation after the trip starts.

Cancellation Policy

NO REFUND ON CANCELLATIONS

No Show – No Refund

Event tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation

In the event of cancellation due to natural calamities, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, no monetary refund will be provided

Once the trek or journey has commenced, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances

Terms & Conditions

Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited. If found, Team United Travellers of India reserves the right to terminate participation immediately without any refund.

Throwing garbage or littering is strictly prohibited.

Participants must carry their own waste with them.

Playing loud music in the mountains is prohibited.

Writing on or damaging historical or natural sites is prohibited.

Tents will be allotted as per male-female ratio by the team captains. No requests will be entertained.

Pickup and drop will be at the same location. However, participants may choose to get down at any point along the return route.

Team captains’ decisions in any situation will be final and binding for the mutual benefit of all participants.

If a participant's behaviour is likely to cause distress or harm to themselves, staff, or other participants, we reserve the right to terminate their trip immediately. Any resulting expenses must be borne by the participant.

In case of injury, illness, or emergency during the trip, United Travellers of India and local staff will not be responsible for medical or evacuation expenses. Participants must bear all such costs.

Weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances may require changes to the itinerary. No refund will be provided in such cases.

If a trip is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to riots, political unrest, natural disasters, nuclear incidents, or terrorist activities, no refund will be provided.
