6:00 PM: Arrival at the venue

10:00 PM to 11:00 PM: Dinner break
11:00 PM to 12:00 AM: Special talk on the Geminid Meteor Shower by an expert
12:00 AM to 12:30 AM: Question and answer session with tea
12:30 AM to 4:00 AM: Witness a celestial Diwali as meteors light up the night sky
4:00 AM to 7:00 AM: Rest and enjoy a comfortable stay in tents

Important Information
> Stargazing and astronomical observations depend on weather,
cloud cover, atmospheric conditions and visibility.
> The event takes place at a natural outdoor observation
site.
> Please carry suitable warm clothing and comfortable
closed footwear.
> Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited at the
venue.
> Pets are not allowed.
> The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather
conditions, astronomical visibility and operational requirements.
Transportation
Transportation will be provided from Kasara or Atgaon Railway Station to the event venue.
If you select Kasara or Atgaon Railway Station as your meeting point, you must arrange your own travel to the selected station.
