Schedule
Day 1st
• 8.30 PM – Depart from Pune
Day 2nd
• 12.30 AM – Reach base camp, campfire, music, dance & stories
• Rest in tents
• 5.00 AM – Wake up, freshen up & breakfast
• 5.30 AM – Start the trek through lush green forest trails
• 9.00 AM – Reach the top, enjoy cliff jumping, swimming, photos & videos
• 12.00 PM – Start descending
• 2.00 PM – Reach base & lunch
• 3.00 PM – Depart for Pune
• 5.00 PM – Tea break
• 7.30 PM – Reach Pune with happy memories (±1 hour)

• We will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the pickup point. Late arrivals will not be eligible for any refund.
• Cliff jumping and swimming will be conducted strictly under the guidance of the team.
• Smoking, drinking or chewing tobacco is strictly prohibited.
• Please do not carry or wear valuables. The organisers will not be responsible for any loss.
• This is a nature-based adventure experience and involves inherent risk. Participation is at your own responsibility.

Terms and Conditions
• Smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited. If found, Team United Travellers of India has the right to terminate participation immediately without any refund.
• Throwing garbage / littering is strictly not allowed.
• Participants must carry their own waste with them.
• Playing loud music in forest and natural areas is prohibited.
• Writing on or damaging natural sites is prohibited.
• Pick-up and drop will be at the same locations.
• Team captains’ decisions in any situation will be final for the mutual benefit of all participants.
• In case of any injury, illness or emergency, organisers or local staff will not be responsible for medical or evacuation expenses.
• Weather conditions or operational situations may require changes in the plan without any refund.

Cancellation Policy
• NO REFUND ON CANCELLATIONS
• No show – No refund
• Event tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation
• If the event gets cancelled, only the “Trip Amount” will be refunded (tax amount is non-refundable)
• In the event of cancellation due to natural calamities, political unrest or other unforeseen circumstances beyond control, no monetary refund will be given
• Once the journey has commenced, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances
