Day 0 - Departure from Bengaluru
As the sun sets over Bangalore our adventure begins as we head towards Somwarpet. We will embark on a comfortable journey of 280 km in a Tempo Traveler or a Mini Bus with push back seats ensuring a smooth ride for our hikers.
We will pick up our fellow explorers at the following locations.
> 10:00 PM: Start from Banashankari
> 10:15 PM: Quick pickup at BTM
> 10:30 PM: Next stop Silk Board
> 10:45 PM: Join at Bellandur
> 11:00 PM: Assemble at Marathahalli
> 11:30 PM: Meet us at Tin Factory
> 12:00 AM: Picking up at Indira Nagar
> 12:10 AM: Meet us at Halasuru
> 12:30 AM: Join at Corporation Circle
> 12:50 AM: Board at Mysuru Road Bus Station
> 01:00 AM: Quick pickup at RR Nagar Arcade Mall
> 01:30 AM: Last pickup at Kengeri Bus Stop
Note for the entire trip: The travel time may vary depending on the traffic and road conditions. We will make sure to cover all the places on the itinerary.
Day 1 - Kumara Parvatha Trek from Somwarpet
> 04:00 AM: Arrive and check in have breakfast
> 06:00 AM: Depart Somwarpet to Beedehalli trek start
> 07:00 AM: Trek briefing and start trekking through forests
> 12:00 PM: Reach the summit enjoy views and photos
> 01:00 PM: Packed lunch and rest at the peak
> 02:00 PM: Begin descent back to Beedehalli
> 06:00 PM: Reach Beedehalli and drive back to Somwarpet
> 07:00 PM: Arrive back relax with campfire and dinner
Day 2 - Exploration and Return Journey
> 06:00 AM - 08:30 AM: Freshen up have breakfast and explore the campsite
> 09:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Depart to explore Harangi Elephant Camp
> 12:00 PM - 02:00 PM: Visit Namdroling Monastery a significant center of Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhism
> 02:00 PM - 03:30 PM: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant
> 04:00 PM: Start your return journey to Bengaluru
> 10:00 PM: Reach Bengaluru
Drop off Points: The drop off points will be the same as the pick up points to ensure convenience for all travelers. Please ensure you have all your belongings before leaving the vehicle.
Once you have reached your drop off point it is time to head home take a well deserved rest and start planning your next adventure.
