Overview
Makalidurga is a scenic trekking destination near the village of the same name, located just 60 km from Bengaluru and 10 km past Doddaballapur. Famous for its lush greenery, rugged trails, and historical significance, Makalidurga offers a perfect blend of adventure and serenity.

Itinerary
Day 1 – Departure from Bangalore
▪️Start your journey from Bengaluru to Maklidurga. You will travel in comfortable private non-AC transportation at 11:00 PM, with convenient pick-up points throughout the city.
▪️11:00 PM - Gopalan Arcade, RR Nagar
▪️11:15 PM - Kathriguppe Circle, Kathriguppe
▪️11:30 PM - BMTC Bus Stop, Banashankari
▪️11:50 PM - Udupi Garden Signal, BTM Layout
▪️12:00 AM - Bus Stop, Silkboard
▪️12:30 AM - Shell Petrol Pump, Bellandur
▪️01:00 AM - Opp to Kalamandir, Marathahalli
▪️01:20 AM - HP Petrol Pump, Tin Factory
▪️01:30 AM - Opp Esteem Mall, Hebbal
Day 2 – Trek & Sunrise
▪️4:00 AM: Reach trek base, briefing by trek leader
▪️4:30 AM: Begin the exciting night trek under the stars
▪️5:30 AM: Reach the peak, relax and soak in the atmosphere
▪️6:15 AM: Witness the magical sunrise
▪️7:30 AM: Start descent back to base
▪️9:15 AM: Reach base, trek completed
▪️10:30 AM: Breakfast on the way back
▪️12:00 PM: Arrive back in Bangalore (drop-off same as pickup points)

▪️For bookings made within 5 hours of the scheduled departure, please contact us directly. Confirmation will depend on availability and service policies. If seats are unavailable, your booking may be moved to the next departure.
Cancellation Policy
▪️Entry Tickets: Forest entry tickets are not included in the package. Entry tickets are subject to availability on the official government website and must be booked directly by the participant. (This is because the official booking portal requires each participant’s valid government-issued ID proof, which can only be provided by the individual attending the trek.)
▪️No Refunds: Once booked, tickets are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule to the upcoming weekend (subject to availability).
▪️15–30 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
▪️0–15 Days Before Departure: 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
▪️Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of bad weather, government restrictions, or permit issues, trips may be canceled. We will provide an alternative feasible solution, but refunds will not be applicable.
▪️Payment Gateway Charges: In case of any refund, a 3% payment gateway fee will be deducted.
All cancellations are strictly as per the policies mentioned on our website, regardless of the booking date.
