PLEASE NOTE
Participants must report at the pickup point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
The bus will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the pickup point. Late arrivals may be left behind and no refund will be provided.
Smoking, alcohol, tobacco and other intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited during the trip.
Participants found consuming or carrying prohibited substances may be asked to leave the trip immediately without a refund. Further travel arrangements will be the responsibility of the participant.
Water activities and watersports will be conducted according to local operator guidelines and applicable safety instructions.
Please do not carry or wear valuables, ornaments or expensive jewellery. The organizers will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal valuables.
Dolphin sightings and marine visibility depend on natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
Adventure activities and water activities involve inherent risks. Participants take part at their own responsibility and must follow all safety instructions.
Room and bed allocation will be managed by the team according to availability and group requirements.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No refund on cancellation.
No show means no refund.
Event tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, only the applicable trip amount will be refunded. Tax amounts and applicable non refundable charges will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation due to natural calamities, political unrest or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizer, no monetary refund will be provided.
Once the journey has commenced, no refund will be provided for cancellations or itinerary changes caused by circumstances beyond the control of the organizer.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during the trip. If a participant is found violating this rule, United Travellers of India reserves the right to terminate their participation immediately without any monetary refund.
Littering and throwing garbage are strictly prohibited. Participants must carry their waste with them and dispose of it responsibly.
Playing loud music at beaches, heritage locations and other public places is prohibited.
Writing on, damaging or carrying out any activity that causes damage to monuments, forts, natural sites or other heritage locations is prohibited.
Pickup and drop will be at the same designated locations.
The decisions of the trek leaders and team captains in any situation will be made with the safety and mutual benefit of all participants in mind.
In case of injury, illness or emergency during the trip, the organizers and local staff will provide reasonable assistance and basic support. Any medical, rescue, evacuation or emergency expenses shall be borne by the participant.
Weather conditions, sea conditions, local regulations or operational requirements may require changes to the itinerary or activities. In such situations, the organizer may modify the itinerary for safety reasons and no refund will be provided for such changes.
Participants are expected to cooperate with the organizers, local operators and team members and follow all safety instructions throughout the trip.
