Meghalaya Fire & Feast rolls into town with a heavyweight line-up: BBQ legends, pitmasters and chefs from Meghalaya’s Khasi, Garo and Jaintia tribes, bringing smoked meats, glowing coals and a serious love for smoked meat.
On the grills: low-and-slow barbecue, meat over open flames and tribal recipes handed down through generations. These chefs have put in the hours. Come taste why they belong on this bill.
