Itinerary
Day 0 – Departure from Bangalore
▪️Overnight journey to Chikmagalur in a Tempo Traveler / Mini Bus with push-back seats.
▪️Convenient pickups across the city: Indranagar→ Domlur→ Yeshwanthpura→ Goraguntepalya.
▪️Enjoy the comfortable overnight journey as we drive towards the scenic Chikmagalur district.
Day 1 – Netravati Peak Trek
▪️Reach homestay early morning, freshen up & breakfast.
▪️Jeep ride to the forest check-post (trek starting point).
▪️Start the adventurous trek to Netravati Peak (1,520m) through: Dense forests, Streams & waterfalls, Rolling grasslands and Steep, thrilling climbs
▪️Reach the summit for breathtaking 360° views of the Western Ghats.
▪️Packed lunch & photography at the top.
▪️Descend back via the scenic trail, jeep ride to homestay.
▪️Evening snacks → Authentic dinner → Bonfire → Rest under the stars.
Day 2 – Return Journey with Sightseeing
▪️06:30 AM – Wake up, freshen up & breakfast.
▪️08:00 AM – Check-out from the homestay.
▪️Enroute sightseeing: Samse Tea Estate , Kalasa Hanging Bridge / Waterfall and Belur Temple (UNESCO Heritage)
▪️01:30 PM – Self-sponsored lunch on the way.
▪️ 10:30 PM (approx) – Reach Bangalore with unforgettable memories..

▪️Travel: To and fro travel from Bengaluru to Kalasa in a TT/mini bus (depending on the group size).
▪️Accommodation in a homestay on sharing basis

▪️Forest entry permits are not included in the package. They are subject to availability and will cost an additional amount. Need to book advances.
▪️Forest permits have limited availability. We recommend booking early to secure your slot and avoid last-minute issues.
▪️For bookings made within 5 hours of the scheduled departure, please contact us directly. Confirmation will depend on availability and service policies. If seats are unavailable, your booking may be moved to the next departure.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
▪️Trek Pass: Please check with the organizer regarding trek pass availability before booking.
▪️No Refunds: Once booked, tickets are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule to the upcoming weekend (subject to availability).
▪️15–30 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
▪️0–15 Days Before Departure: 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
▪️Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of bad weather, government restrictions, or permit issues, trips may be canceled. We will provide an alternative feasible solution, but refunds will not be applicable.
▪️Payment Gateway Charges: In case of any refund, a 3% payment gateway fee will be deducted.
All cancellations are strictly as per the policies mentioned on our website, regardless of the booking date.
