CANCELLATION POLICY
No refund on cancellations.
No show means no refund.
Event tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
In case of cancellation due to natural calamities, political unrest or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the organisers' control, no monetary refund will be provided.
Once the camping experience has commenced, no refunds will be issued due to natural calamities, political unrest, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Smoking, drinking alcohol and using intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited. Team United Travellers of India reserves the right to remove any participant found violating these rules without refund.
Littering and throwing garbage are strictly prohibited. Participants must carry their waste until proper disposal is available.
Activities that damage or disrespect historical places, monuments or natural surroundings are prohibited.
The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule or arrangements due to weather, safety concerns or operational requirements.
In case of injury, illness or emergency during the camping experience or any activity, participants will be responsible for their medical, rescue and evacuation expenses. Basic first aid support will be available.
Weather conditions may require changes to the arrangements or itinerary. No refund will be applicable in such cases.
In circumstances such as riots, political unrest, natural disasters, nuclear incidents, terrorist activities or other unforeseen events beyond the organisers' control, the organisers reserve the right to cancel or modify the event in accordance with the cancellation policy.
