TOUR PLAN

DAY 1

08:30 PM Depart from Pune.

DAY 2

02:30 AM Reach the base village.

05:00 AM Have breakfast.

06:00 AM Start the trek.

08:30 AM Reach the top and enjoy the view of thousands of seasonal flowers and clouds below the mountain.

09:15 AM Proceed towards Nedha.

Enjoy the scenic surroundings, click photographs and explore the area while maintaining a safe distance from edges and steep sections.

02:00 PM Return to the base village.

02:30 PM Have lunch.

03:30 PM Depart for Pune.

06:00 PM Tea halt.

10:00 PM Reach Pune.

PLEASE NOTE

Participants must report at the pickup point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

The bus will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the pickup point. Participants arriving after the scheduled departure time may be left behind and no refund will be provided.

Alcohol, smoking, tobacco and other intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited during the event.

Participants found consuming or carrying prohibited substances may be asked to leave the event immediately without a refund. Further travel arrangements will be the responsibility of the participant.

Swimming is not allowed in lakes, rivers, water tanks or other water bodies during the event.

Please do not carry or wear valuables, ornaments or expensive jewellery. The organizers will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal valuables.

Trekking and adventure activities involve inherent risks. Participants take part at their own responsibility and must follow all safety instructions given by the trek leaders.

Participants must maintain a safe distance from steep edges, cliffs and other potentially dangerous areas.

Bus seats are allotted on a first come first served basis. Once a seat is allotted at the beginning of the trip, it will remain fixed throughout the journey.


CANCELLATION POLICY

No refund on cancellation.

No show means no refund.

Event tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.

In case of cancellation due to natural calamities, political unrest, severe weather conditions, roadblocks or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizer, no monetary refund will be provided.

Once the trek or journey has commenced, no refund will be provided for changes caused by natural calamities, political unrest, severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizer.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during the event. If a participant is found violating this rule, The Hiking Community reserves the right to terminate their participation immediately without any monetary refund.

Littering and throwing garbage are strictly prohibited. Participants must carry their waste with them and dispose of it responsibly.

Playing loud music in the mountains and natural areas is prohibited.

Writing on, damaging or carrying out any activity that causes damage to historical or natural sites is prohibited.

Pickup and drop will be at the same designated location. Participants may choose to get down at an approved point along the return route.

The decision of the trek leaders in any situation will be final and will be made with the safety and mutual benefit of all participants in mind.

If the behaviour of any participant is likely to cause distress or harm to themselves, staff members or other participants, the organizer reserves the right to terminate their participation at any time. In such cases, the participant will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements and no refund or compensation will be provided.

In case of injury, illness or any medical emergency during the trip, The Hiking Community and its local staff will provide reasonable assistance and basic support. Any medical, rescue, evacuation or emergency expenses shall be borne by the participant.

Weather conditions may require changes to the itinerary or arrangements. In such situations, the organizer may modify the itinerary for safety reasons and no refund will be provided for such changes.

In case of events caused by circumstances beyond the control of the organizer, including riots, political unrest, natural disasters, government restrictions, terrorist activity or other unforeseen circumstances, the organizer may cancel or modify the trip and no monetary refund will be provided.
