ITINERARY
Day 0 - Departure from Bengaluru
Pickup Points:
11:00 PM - Gopalan Arcade Mall, RR Nagar
11:30 PM - Banashankari Bus Stop
11:50 PM - BTM, Udupi Garden Signal near Bharath Petroleum
12:00 AM - Silk Board Bus Stop
12:30 AM - Bellandur near Shell Petrol Pump
01:00 AM - Marathahalli opposite Kalamandir
01:20 AM - Tin Factory near HP Petrol Pump
01:30 AM - Hebbal opposite Esteem Mall
Day 1 - Trek Day
03:00 AM - Arrive at the base point and take a short rest.
05:45 AM - Start the trek after a briefing by the trek leaders.
07:30 AM - Reach the summit and witness the beautiful sunrise.
08:00 AM - Begin the descent.
10:00 AM - Reach the base and start the return journey.
10:30 AM - Visit Bhoga Nandishwara Temple(If time Permits)
11:30 AM - Breakfast stop. Breakfast is self-sponsored.
01:00 PM - Reach Bangalore. Drop points will be the same as pickup points.
Note: The itinerary may change depending on weather conditions, forest department instructions, traffic, or the group's pace.

IMPORTANT NOTE
As per Forest Department regulations, organizers are not permitted to book permits on behalf of participants. Every participant must obtain their own forest permit through the official Aranya Vihara website.
Please confirm permit availability before booking the event.
Forest permit charges are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation made 15 to 30 days before the trip will incur a 50 percent cancellation charge.
Once forest permits are booked in the participant's name, permit charges are completely non-refundable.
Cancellation made within 15 days before the trip will incur a 100 percent cancellation charge.
Cancellation requests made within 2 days of the trek will not be accepted.
If a participant postpones the trek, a new forest permit must be purchased for the new date.
In case of government restrictions or unfavorable weather, we will try to provide an alternate plan wherever possible. Refunds will not be applicable.
All cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy irrespective of the booking date.

Please help us keep nature clean. Do not litter.
Carry your own backpack and personal belongings throughout the trek.
Basic washroom facilities are available only at designated locations.
Trekking involves natural risks. Participants join at their own responsibility.
Jungle Tour is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Minimum age is 10 years.
Basic fitness is required for the trek.
Our facilities are clean and basic and should not be considered luxurious.
Participants unable to complete the trek due to personal fitness limitations will be responsible for themselves.
We are not responsible for valuables or personal belongings.
Participants must reach the designated pickup point on their own.
Consumption of alcohol, smoking, drugs, or misbehavior during the event is strictly prohibited.
Participants creating disturbance or causing delays may be removed from the trek without any refund.
In case of government restrictions or weather-related issues, certain activities may be modified or canceled without refund.
If Jungle Tour cancels the event, participants will receive a full refund.
Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded except as mentioned in the cancellation policy.
Please arrive at the pickup point at least 20 minutes before departure.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Avoid using plastic and help protect nature.
Littering may attract penalties.
Water should be used responsibly.
Personal expenses and meals not mentioned under inclusions are excluded.
Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and bottled water are not included.
Trek leaders will accompany the group throughout the trek for safety.
Do not use earphones while trekking.
Follow the instructions of trek leaders at all times.
Consult your physician before joining the trek if you have any medical condition.
Carry your regular medications.
Trekking shoes or sports shoes are compulsory. Sandals and slippers are not allowed.
Bonfire is not guaranteed.
Minor injuries are possible during trekking. In case of an emergency, the group may have to wait while assistance is provided.
As this is a group trek, all participants are expected to cooperate with the trek schedule and instructions of the organizers.
