TOUR SCHEDULE

DAY 1

08:00 PM Depart from Pune.

11:30 PM Reach the base village and proceed to the campsite.

Set up tents and enjoy the campfire and group activities.

02:00 AM Rest and sleep.

DAY 2

07:00 AM Wake up, have breakfast and freshen up.

08:00 AM Start outdoor activities including kayaking, cliff jumping and water activities.

11:30 AM Visit a local facility, freshen up and have lunch.

02:00 PM Depart for Kundalika Valley View Point.

04:30 PM Tea break and proceed to Kundalika Valley View Point for sunset.

06:30 PM Depart for Pune.

08:30 PM Reach Pune.

PLEASE NOTE

Participants must report at the pickup point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

The bus will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the pickup point. Late arrivals may be left behind and no refund will be provided.

Kayaking, cliff jumping and other water activities will be conducted only under the guidance of the activity coordinators and according to applicable safety instructions.

Participants must follow all safety instructions given by the activity coordinators and trek leaders.

Smoking, alcohol, tobacco and other intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited during the event.

Participants found consuming or carrying prohibited substances may be asked to leave the event immediately without a refund. Further travel arrangements will be the responsibility of the participant.

Please do not carry or wear valuables, ornaments or expensive jewellery. The organizers will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal valuables.

Adventure and water activities involve inherent risks. Participants take part at their own responsibility.

Participants must use the provided safety equipment wherever required.


CANCELLATION POLICY

No refund on cancellation.

No show means no refund.

Event tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.

If the event is cancelled by the organizer, only the applicable trip amount will be refunded. Tax amounts and applicable non refundable charges will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation due to natural calamities, political unrest or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizer, no monetary refund will be provided.

Once the journey has commenced, no refund will be provided for cancellations or itinerary changes caused by circumstances beyond the control of the organizer.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during the event. If a participant is found violating this rule, United Travellers of India reserves the right to terminate their participation immediately without any monetary refund.

Littering and throwing garbage are strictly prohibited. Participants must carry their waste with them and dispose of it responsibly.

Playing loud music in natural areas is prohibited.

Writing on, damaging or carrying out any activity that causes damage to natural or heritage sites is prohibited.

Pickup and drop will be at the same designated locations.

The decisions of the trek leaders and team captains in any situation will be made with the safety and mutual benefit of all participants in mind.

In case of injury, illness or any medical emergency during the trip, the organizers and local staff will provide reasonable assistance and basic support. Any medical, rescue, evacuation or emergency expenses shall be borne by the participant.

Weather conditions, water conditions or operational requirements may require changes to the itinerary or activities. In such situations, the organizer may modify the itinerary for safety reasons and no refund will be provided for such changes.

Participants are expected to cooperate with the organizers, activity coordinators, local operators and team members throughout the event.
