If the organiser cancels the event the applicable refund process will be handled through BookMyShow according to the final published terms.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled tickets will be handled according to the final policy communicated by the organiser and BookMyShow.

Any BookMyShow platform convenience or payment related charges will be treated according to the final BookMyShow terms.
