Devkund Waterfall Trek - The Hidden Blue Lagoon of Maharashtra

The Devkund Waterfall Trek is one of the most beautiful monsoon treks near Mumbai, leading to a breathtaking plunge waterfall hidden deep inside the forests of Bhira Village in Raigad district. This easy-to-moderate trek takes you through lush green forests, river crossings, scenic mountain trails, and picturesque landscapes before reaching the stunning turquoise pool of Devkund Waterfall. Surrounded by towering cliffs and untouched nature, it is a perfect weekend getaway for beginners, families, nature lovers, and photographers.


Day 0 - Friday / Saturday Night

10.00 pm - Meet the team at the SGNP bus stop, Borivali

10.10 pm - Leave for the Devkund Waterfall

10.40 pm - Pick up from WEH Bus stop, Andheri

11.00 pm - Pick up from Kalanagar bus stop, Bandra(Highway)

11.20 pm - Pick up from Sion Station Circle

11.35 pm - Pick up from Diamond Garden, Chembur

11.50 pm - Pick up from Vashi Plaza, Vashi

Day 1 - Saturday/ Sunday

12.20 AM - Pick up from McDonalds, Kalamboli

4.30 Am - Reach Base Village, Freshen Up.

6.00 AM -  Breakfast

06.45 AM - Introduction Round

07.00 AM - Start Trek to Devkund

09.30 Am - Reach Devkund Waterfall

11.30 AM - Start the trek back to the base Village

02.00 pm: - Reach the Base Village, Take Some rest, and have lunch

03.00 pm: Start the Return Journey to Mumbai

10.00 pm: - Reach Mumbai (tentatively depending on traffic) and promise to meet again.

Some ready-to-eat food (Like plum cakes, biscuits, etc.)

A haversack to put all your belongings in. Keep your hands free while trekking.

Double pack your valuable / phones in plastic bags

Rain is expected, so pack your bags accordingly to save them from getting wet
