Schedule
Day 1st
• 8.00 PM – Depart from Pune
• 3.00 AM – Reach Bankot Fort top by bus
• Pitch tents, campfire, music, dance, stories & fun (those who wish can rest)
Day 2nd
• 8.00 AM – Wake up & leave for the beach
• 8.30 AM – Go to local’s place for breakfast & freshen up (proper washrooms available)
• 9.00 AM – Go to beach. Play in water, click photos, play football & beach games
• 11.30 AM – Return, have bath & lunch
• 2.00 PM – Take ferry to Harihareshwar
• 4.00 PM – Reach Harihareshwar
• Visit Harihareshwar temple, honey-comb rock formations due to erosion & photo points
• 5.00 PM – Start return journey
• 7.00 PM – Tea halt
• 11.00 PM (±1 hr) – Reach back to Pune

Please Note
• We will wait for max 15 mins at pickup point. If you don’t arrive at location we will have to depart & No refunds will be given.
• Any addiction is strictly prohibited (drinking, smoking, chewing tobacco). Anyone caught will have to exit the trip without refund and return at own expense.
• Swimming is not allowed in lakes or water tanks on forts (locals use this water for drinking).
• Please do not carry or wear any valuables, ornaments or jewellery. If carried, we do not take any liability.
• Rock climbing, rappelling, trekking or any adventure activity is risky and done at your own risk.
• Seats in the bus are on first-come-first-serve basis and remain fixed for the entire journey.

Terms and Conditions
• Smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited. If found, team United Travellers of India has full rights to terminate participation immediately without refund.
• Throwing garbage/littering is strictly not allowed.
• Participants must carry their own waste.
• Playing loud music in natural and heritage areas is prohibited.
• Writing on or damaging historical places is prohibited.
• Tent allotment will be as per male–female ratio by team captains.
• Pick-up and drop will be at the same location.
• Team captains’ decisions will be final.
• In case of injury/illness, the organiser or local staff will not be responsible for medical expenses.
• Weather or force-majeure situations may lead to changes or cancellations without any refund.

Cancellation Policy
• NO REFUND ON CANCELLATIONS
• No Show – No Refund
• Tickets cannot be transferred to another date
• If the event gets cancelled, only the “Trip Amount” will be refunded (tax not refundable)
• No refund in case of natural calamities, political unrest or any unforeseen situations
• Once the journey has commenced, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances
