TOUR SCHEDULE
DAY 1
08:00 PM Depart from Pune.
03:00 AM Reach the top of Bankot Fort by bus.
Pitch tents and enjoy the campfire, music, group activities, storytelling and stargazing. Participants who wish to rest may do so.
DAY 2
08:00 AM Wake up and leave for the beach.
08:30 AM Visit a local facility for breakfast and freshen up. Proper washroom facilities are available.
09:00 AM Proceed to the beach. Enjoy the surroundings, click photographs and participate in football and beach games.
11:30 AM Return, freshen up and have lunch.
02:00 PM Take the ferry to Harihareshwar.
04:00 PM Reach Harihareshwar.
Visit Harihareshwar Temple, explore the coastal rock formations created by erosion and enjoy the scenic photography points.
05:00 PM Start the return journey.
07:00 PM Tea halt.
11:00 PM Reach Pune.

PLEASE NOTE
Participants must report at the pickup point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
The vehicle will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the pickup point. Late arrivals may be left behind and no refund will be provided.
Smoking, alcohol, tobacco and other intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited during the event.
Participants found consuming or carrying prohibited substances may be asked to leave the trip immediately without a refund. Further travel arrangements will be the responsibility of the participant.
Swimming is not allowed in lakes, rivers, water tanks or other restricted water bodies.
Please do not carry or wear valuables, ornaments or expensive jewellery. The organizers will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal valuables.
Trekking and other adventure activities involve inherent risks. Participants take part at their own responsibility and must follow all safety instructions.
Bus seats are allotted on a first come first served basis. Once a seat is allotted at the beginning of the trip, it will remain fixed throughout the journey.
Participants must follow the instructions given by the trek leaders, guides, ferry operators and local staff.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No refund on cancellation.
No show means no refund.
Event tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, only the applicable trip amount will be refunded. Tax amounts and applicable non refundable charges will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation due to natural calamities, political unrest or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizer, no monetary refund will be provided.
Once the journey has commenced, no refund will be provided for cancellations or itinerary changes caused by circumstances beyond the control of the organizer.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during the event. If a participant is found violating this rule, United Travellers of India reserves the right to terminate their participation immediately without any monetary refund.
Littering and throwing garbage are strictly prohibited. Participants must carry their waste with them and dispose of it responsibly.
Playing loud music in natural and heritage areas is prohibited.
Writing on, damaging or carrying out any activity that causes damage to historical, natural or heritage sites is prohibited.
Tent allocation will be managed by the team according to group requirements and availability. Special requests may not be accommodated.
Pickup and drop will be at the same designated locations.
The decisions of the trek leaders and team captains in any situation will be made with the safety and mutual benefit of all participants in mind.
In case of injury, illness or any medical emergency during the trip, the organizer and local staff will provide reasonable assistance and basic support. Any medical, rescue, evacuation or emergency expenses shall be borne by the participant.
Weather conditions, sea conditions, ferry operations or other operational requirements may require changes to the itinerary. In such situations, the organizer may modify the itinerary for safety reasons and no refund will be provided for such changes.
Participants are expected to cooperate with the organizers, local guides, ferry operators and team members and follow all safety instructions throughout the trip.
