Schedule

Day 1st

• 6.30 PM – Report at station

• 6.45 PM – Board train for Lonavala

• 8.30 PM – Reach base village

• 9.00 PM – Take jeep / bus to base village

• 9.30 PM – Start the trek

• 10.00 PM – Reach campsite, pitch tents and have dinner

• Campfire, fun, horror stories, stargazing & free time

Day 2nd

• 6.30 AM – Wake up, freshen up & click pictures

• Watch beautiful sunrise and panoramic view of Khandala ghat

• 7.30 AM – Start return trek and reach base village

• 8.30 AM – Take jeep / bus back to station

• 9.00 AM – Breakfast

• 10.00 AM – Board train to Pune

• 12.00 PM – Reach Pune (±1 hour)

Things to Carry

• ID Proof

• 3 litres drinking water

• Dinner (unless mentioned in INCLUDED section)

• Trekking shoes with good grip

• Enerzyl powder or Glucon-D

• Extra pair of clothes

• Raincoat / poncho / windcheater / umbrella (as per season)

• Cap, sunglasses, scarf

• Personal medicines (if any)

• Single rucksack

• Light snacks

• Torch

• Winter wear (depending on season)

• Shawls / blanket (for camping)

Please Note

• We will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the reporting point. Late arrivals will not be eligible for any refund.

• Smoking, drinking or chewing tobacco is strictly prohibited.

• Please do not carry or wear valuables, ornaments or jewellery. The organisers will not be responsible for loss.

• Playing loud music on the fort and in natural areas is prohibited.

• Trekking and camping are adventure activities and involve inherent risk. Participation is at your own responsibility.

Terms and Conditions

• Smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited. If found, team United Travellers of India has the right to terminate participation immediately without refund.

• Throwing garbage / littering is strictly not allowed.

• Participants must carry their own waste with them.

• Writing on or damaging historical places is prohibited.

• Tent allocation will be done by team captains and no requests will be entertained.

• Pick-up and drop will be at the same locations.

• Team captains’ decisions in any situation will be final for the mutual benefit of participants.

• In case of any injury, illness or emergency during the trek or camping, organisers or local staff will not be responsible for medical or evacuation expenses.

• Weather conditions or operational situations may require changes in the plan and no refund will be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

• NO REFUND ON CANCELLATIONS

• No show – No refund

• Event tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation

• If the event gets cancelled, only the “Trek Amount” will be refunded (tax amount is non-refundable)

• In the event of cancellation due to natural calamities, political unrest or unforeseen circumstances beyond control, no monetary refund will be given

• Once the trek or journey has commenced, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances
