TREK SCHEDULE

05:00 AM - Report at Shivajinagar Railway Station.

06:30 AM - Board the train to Lonavala.

08:30 AM - Reach the base village.

09:00 AM - Have breakfast and tea.

09:30 AM - Start the trek.

02:00 PM - Begin the return trek to the base village.

05:00 PM - Board the train to Pune.

07:00 PM - Reach Pune. Timings may vary by approximately 1 hour depending on train schedules and weather conditions.

Reporting more than 15 minutes late will be considered a No Show.

Smoking, alcohol, tobacco, and other intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited.

Do not carry jewellery, valuables, or expensive electronic items.

Adventure activities involve inherent risks. Participants join the trek at their own responsibility.

Train seats and other arrangements are managed on a first-come, first-served basis.


CANCELLATION POLICY

No Refund on Cancellation.

No Show = No Refund.

Tickets are non-transferable.

If the event is cancelled by the organizer, only the trek fee will be refunded.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations or itinerary changes due to weather conditions, natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Loud music and damage to natural or historical sites are strictly prohibited.

The decisions of the trek leaders are final and binding.

Participants are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings.

Any medical, rescue, or emergency expenses incurred during the trek shall be borne by the participant.
